Hiya everyone, thought i would post here seein as i forgot to earlier.

Well nyway my names Ian, im 18 & im a full time carer for mum n 2brothers n 1 sister, n if you have read my other post you will know the problems im havin.

I was told to look up anxiety & stress and so on to see how other people deal witht it and i came across this forum so thought id join and everyone seems pretty nice!
