Anxiety Tapes?

You know when you watch a movie , theirs always someone with a mental disorder , and they get given these tapes to listen to why there asleep , i was wondering if anyone knew where i could get my hands on something like that , im not sure if its hypnotherapy tapes , but something along those lines. :unsure:

You can get hypnotherapy cd's on the net - look at David Landau he's good, you can relaxation whatever. However, do you mean something you can listen to whilst asleep? That would be good because it would be channelling straight into the subconscious mind. I don't know about such tapes or cd's but they would have to be long running to see you through the night.
