cold/flu and panic feelings

not posted here for a long while so nervous:unsure:

i just wanted to feel not so alone and weird, i have come down with
something like flu and am having panic feelings. i'm not sure how to cope with
this, ifeel so unwell anyway i have tried my usual techniques and feel like i'm alone with it.
last time i had a cold i felt similar panic, sick, can't breathe.
had very little sleep which i know doesn't help but any advice would be great.
won't go on anymore, don't want to bore.....:unsure:

youre not alone, i think it must affect our system somehow??
I always feel more panicky when I am ill but thats my thing, I cant cope with feeling ill...oh dear
