feel awful

Hi guys don't post very often on how I feel. But woke up today feeling lousy. For the past 3 weeks or so I have been getting bad headaches & feeling dizzy when I lay down, esp when I turn my head to the left & getting random waves of dizziness when watch TV. I have told myself it's my sinuses. Anyway, yesterday I had bad pain in my upper back and felt horrible. Last night, I had one large glass of Rose & one small glass of red & then went to bed. I feel horrible this morning, all unsteady on my feet & jittery. Could this be cos I mixed the wine colours? I have of course had hang overs before but don't feel like a normal hangover. My eyes are buzzing & I feel really weird. Meant to be going xmas shopping today & feel gulity now for not wanting to go as feel like this. Please reassure me someone. xxxxx

sorry u arent feeling very well .
I had the same symptoms as you last year and doc sed it was ear prob Labrynthitis ..esp at night when I turned over in bed I wud go dizzy and cud only lie facin 1 way ...it went after a while and I had some stemetil 2 help with balance etc .

I doubt mixin your wines wud have an effect hun esp as it wasnt Huge quantity .
Dont worry about goin shoppin just rest and get yr self 2 docs hun ..it cud be ear prob ,sinuses or just a bug ...xxxxxxxx

Hi Janey

Don't worry about the christmas shopping and dont feel guilty concentrate on getting yourself better. Get yerself tucked in with a blanket and relax.
It does sound like your sinuses or maybe a ear infection,has it affects your balance.
