Hi I wondered if people had thoughts on this.

The top of my tongue at the back is really hurting. There are red stops which are raised which I think is Enlarged Circumvallate Papillae and my tongue feels like it is burnt at the back (although it hasn't been). I have no sore throat but my tongue hurts espeically when it moves. Any one any ideas as to what this could be?

Thanks in advance

I have this right now 2 tiny little white dots on my tongue and it hurts to move it. I have been told by the doc that its either irrated taste buds or ulcers. Have you been biting your tongue? sorry if its a stupid question its just all i keep being asked lol

I have a sore tongue at the moment too. I can't see anything on it that could cause it, but when I eat it feels sort of achey down one side. It's weird. And of course, I think it's probably mouth cancer!! x
