hey

just need some1 to talk to right now

am in work, last monday i got an upset stomach, not sure if it was something id eaten or nerves

anyway i suffer from ibs/nervous stomach but also have emetaphobia and dread getting the d;s- when i do i get really anxious

so am just sitting in work and can feel the anxiety building up- i feel like this weeks going be a repeat from last week and am going to take unwell

i no its irrational (well it could happen lol) but i just feel like a bit of an idiot
