Visual Disturbance

Last Tuesday I had the weirdest visual disturbance which I can only describe as you are looking at a screen and then someone changes the picture really rapidly so when you finally do focus you are not looking at what you thought you should be. Then it all starts again. Very frightening, disorientating and I collasped and was taken to A & E. I had had a similar experience 3/4 weeks previously but didn't collaspe. At the hospital they said I had had a visual migraine due to the HRT I'd been put on however, I have read other peoples experiences of visual migraine and I can't say the aura thing I can relate to.

I was taking hormone tablets and am quite stressed 9 months into a big building project, so that does point to a VM.

Can anyone else help???
