hey, my name's Annie.
Im 18 and live near london.
I started experiencing panic attacks about 6 months ago when i was 17.
I'm feeling quite confused and still a bit unknowledgable about panic attacks at the moment, and I'm hoping to get to talk to some people who experience them too.

I think this forum is a great idea!
Its cool to know u can come and talk to other sufferers.
