ive got a problem HELP!!!!!!!!!

my anxiety is back on at the moment, although the physical symptoms of not keeping still, and the adreniline feeling have gone. im still finding it hard to relax, if im tired i wont sleep in the day because, once when i did i woke up with a really fuzzy head. then i paniced that i had d/p- dr back. which ive had before and i think is horrible. i know its the bodys way of dealing with stress but i find it really debilatating when ive had it. but i am sooo tired.:unsure:

I know the feeling, I spent two weeks out of work and accrued $200 in medical costs over the past 2 weeks. Today I went back to work, and despite getting 12hrs of sleep I am exhausted.
