hi im 39 and am i glad i found this site .
glad to know its not just me who get's woken or cant get to sleep because my heart is going so fast i feel its going to leave my chest and feeling like i cant breath properly (this dosent happen all the time ) .
i was so worried i was on my own been attending my doctor and local hospital but got the feeling my doctor didnt really get it .
started to worry i was wasting her time but the doctor at the hospital explained what it was and gave me an ecg .
i go this week to have a 24hr monitor on so we will see what happens from there .
really cant tell you what a relief it was to read that other people felt the same .
i was quite scared as i have been having dizzy spells for quite sometime now then the racing heart started during the night so bad it would waken me which was scary thinking i was having a heart attack .
that still happens but now i dont even get to sleep untill late if at all all i can feel is my heart and its seems so loud its all i can hear .
