I have gone from one extreme to another. First when I would go to the Gp, my blood pressure would rise. Now I have learned to over come this
and lately my blood pressure has been bang on -120/80.
Now today I went the Doc and my pressure is 100/88, now I am worried.

Is there a low number to be concerning? Will this make me feel out of breathe or is this the anxiety coming back.

Thank you in advance for replies.

I just went on the internet and surfed - low blood pressure and it says
dehydration, gastentonial disease and I have had stomach pain and nausia since Sunday. I also read something to do with stroke. I really shouldn't read the internet. I also have a low grade fever with this, what ever I have.

thank you for reading my post.

You must stop surfing the net.
I know how difficult that is, believe me!!!!
I've had everything going.
Honestly your BP can change from one minute to the next. Factors such as what arm you use, who does it and whether you use a manual or electronic machine can all affect the reading.
Please try not to worry.

I wander round with a normal everyday blood pressure of 92/68 and feel great.

If you have severe dehydration you may get low blood pressure - not the other way round, which you haven't got or your thirst instinct will have kicked in
Please don't read random internet pages. Very little about our health is that simple.

If you are on any blood pressure pills its time to discuss reducing them.

Hi tt

100/88 isn't dramatically low, it's healthy!!! I usually have lower than that , around 90/60 .. altho BP changes all the time..
It's better to have low than high.
And I don't see how low blood pressure can be connected with strokes , high blood pressure is more likely.
Please don't worry, your BP is fine . :)

Florence.
