Heart rate. Sometimes too fast, then when it's normal I worry it's too slow...

I have been having panic attacks pretty bad for the past two weeks, along with a fast heartrate. But now that my heartrate is back towards normal I worry that it is too slow.

Why can't I just stop worrying?
