Im eighteen and recently have experienced my first panic attack, the experience has knocked me about but i keep on going, i personally believe long-term worrying has caused it, as an example i regually have heart palpitations, worry about having a brain tumor or cancer and most regulary as odd as it sounds - the fear of throwing up infront of my class mates.
I just wanted to share this and get it of my chest, i also want to see how many other people experience these issues (from what i've read there seems to be a few!) :shrug:
