I MEANT TO MENTION IN MY LAST THREAD SOMETHING I DECIDED TO DO A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO AND I THINK IT'S A POSTIVE THING.

I WAS FEELING "WEIRD" AS ALWAYS...GETTING UP AND FOCUSING ON WALKING ETC AND DOING THAT MAKES ME FEEL ANXIOUS AND NERVOUS SO I DECIDED TO SIT DOWN AND EMAIL MY SELF SOME POSTIVE THOUGHTS. I TOLD MYSELF I WAS FINE, OTHERS FEEL THIS WAY, DON'T BE AFRAID OF DYING (I THINK ABOUT THAT A LOT) AND HOW GOD IS IN CONTROL. STUFF LIKE THAT I WROTE AND I TELL YOU AT THE END OF READING MY OWN EMAIL I FELT SO MUCH BETTER AND GOT A CHUCKLE OUT OF IT FOR SOME REASON! I GUESS IT'S LIKE WRITING A JOURNAL. WHATEVER WORKS HUH?

I MADE MYSELF GO OUT FOR A SHORT WALK TODAY USING A CANE FOR THE IMBALANCE AND I FELT SO POWERFUL! JUST GOING OUT AND FACING THE OPENESS OF THE LAND AND FORCING MYSELF TO LOOK AROUND HELPED SO MUCH. I'M HAVING A GOOD DAY AND I THANK GOD FOR THAT. I WAS A LITTLE TIRED WHEN I CAME BACK IN BUT MENTALLY I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER. I TREASURE TIMES LIKE THESE :yesyes:

Well done Lacey. Doing a bit each day or whenever you feel you can is the only way to succeed. In the past I have found that writing my feelings down has really helped me. The physical act of writing somehow seems to calm me down as I have to concentrate. And ages afterwards when you are feeling stronger you can read it back and see how far you have come. It really strange to write down your feelings mid panic and then read it months later when you aren't feeling anxious.

Well done again and keep it up.
