weightless HELP

Help my body feels completely weightless and cant feel a thing cant stop shaking or panicking can anyone relate???

I have felt like I am floating. It is hard to explain. I feel very weak and like parts of my body are numb, but without the tingling. I usually get it on the left side of my body more than the right, but sometimes my whole body feels like it is floating. You are not alone.

You are disociating, it will pass. It is scarey, had it before myself, are you on any medication?
