im new here i have panics and agrophobia, i come from hertfordshire england
my panics havent been to bad of late till ive had a few illnesses that have made me feel low

hi helly belly i too come from hertfordshire,i too suffer form panic attacks,palpitations etc,am curently on week 2, 20mg citalopram and 2.5mg diazepam,great to hear from someone local to me that understands whats happening hope to hear from you again keep in touch
