Hey, apologies i've not been on the site much before so i don't know if this has already been spoken about or anything, i suffer from panic attacks and agorophobia and had a consultation with a psychatrist, who said that cognitive behavioural therapy is what i need to help me get better, ive read up on this but thought it might be more worth while from some feedback from people who has already experianced this, so has any agrophobics used this method? do they find it useful? and what does it actually involve??
