Muscle Twitches help

[Jitters]

Hi,

Has anyone had muscle twitches where they feel as if your muscle relaxes for no reason?

it seems the opposite to what everyone speaks of on here of the muscle suddenley contracting and then relaxing.

I can be holding a mug and suddenly my hand will go limp but then suddelnly recover or I can be holding my hands over the keyboard when I pause typing to read what I have typed and then they can suddenley go limp and my fingers can crash into the keyboard.

When at work and i get badly stressed or anxious I notice my right eyebrow twitches quite badly.
Also was just laying on my bed the other night and my upper arm twitched for about 10mins and was actually watching it.
