foggy head

hi guys

does anyone have any good advice for coping with the feelings of a really foggy/muzzy head, i just can't seem to shake this feeling off and it is making me feel lousy and unable to function properly.:weep: i have felt like this for about 4 weeks now every day and get no real break from it. other symptoms include feeling anxious all the time, muscle spasms in chest area and ibs. thanks

i have had like a constant ache in my head for 2 weeks now and a fuzzy feeling i cant shift it either...just try not to think about it hun... xxxx
