Escitalopram & Pregnancy

Hi

I was wondering if anyone has any advice for me.

I have been on escitalopram for 5 months and think I may be pregnant, is it safe for me to continue using this drug (10mg) until I can confirm the pregnancy??

i am on escitalopram now and before that I was on citalopram and stayed on it through my pregnancy - dont do anything rash - first of all confirm the pregnancy, then if you are consult someone and weigh up how your feeling before you decide what to do - my consultant obs said 1/3 of pregnant women stay on anti deps through pregnancy you have to weigh every7thing up x
