breathlessness!!!

is it normal for someone with anxietyto feel constant breathlessness?

Yep - but get a dr.to check you out. If its panic breathing like you feel you cant get enough air in - then you are hypervenilating which will make you tingle and feel faint. This is common in anxiety - I have had this for 25 years on and off especially wen Im anxious! Wenjoy x
