i just wondered if anyone else gets this...i have had panic attacks and anxiety for 16 years now...
But every now and then..i get a really hot tingling sensation through my head and chest and going down my arms, then my heart races and i shake.
I have only been experiencing this since i hav been on medication (past couple of months)
It really scared me at first, but if i relax and control my breathing it soon passes.
Its a horrible sensation tho..and a new one on me lol
