ive been doing well for so long but the last few days, well on and off for a couple of weekes really, ive been feeling crap. not as bad as it first was but mainly when ive been asleep ill wake up, feel abit perculiar and thinking to my self, right youve lost it, im obviously tense at nightbecause ive noticed my jaw hurts and today my feet felt strange and when i stood up they really hurt where i must of had my feet clenched too. my bf said it might be the hot weather but i know my minds thaughts he dont. i dont want to be like before, i want to be me. if i couild forget what ever happend, i think i could be me again!

hi Kimmy,

It's very normal to be nervous at nighttime. That is when I suffer anxiety the most. My brain seems to go crazy with horrible thoughts. You're not losing it - it's just the anxiety getting the better of you. Try doing lots of things just before bed that really relax you..
