Random twinges

OK so i got the all clear from my ECG & given omeprazole however i am still getting random sharp twinges. One deep inside my left breast (kind of underneath the breast to the side) & one directly where my heart is. They come & go quickly....i am not worried by this but just wondered what it is really.

Do you think this is part of the acid/GERD??? xxxxx
