So on Wednesday I started to develop a stuffy nose and have been completely clogged and run down since. No fever, but now my arms are sore and my entire right side of my face and neck are in pain includings my jaw, ear, and shoulder. Any ideas on what this could be? I'm taking a train home today and can't get to a dr. until tomorrow afternoon!
