sorry if am not meant to post this on here

Just to share with you- i read a good book called the "worry cure" by Dr Robert Leahy

There is a fantastic section in there about health anxiety and some hints and tips- its not going to work for every1 but has helped me. There is some CBT excercises in it and he talks about fearing the worst and constantly checking your body for anomolies


Just if anything can help- if anyone watns me to give them hints and tips from the book that i try then pm me
