Advice needed for Bipolar

I recently had a 4 wk stay in hospital were i was disgosed with Bipolar. my meds are given me the usual side effects but i dont fully understand my condition.
It would be great to spk to people who are in a similar position and offer support.
I really dont know how i should be feelin or if i'm improving.

I have posted to you in the other bipolar post.
I have been diagnosed BP for two years.
I am quite happy to answer anything I can. I can also direct you to another forum which is specifically for BP. http://www.mdf.org.uk/
You have to register but you can do this free, or you can choose to join MDF, which is leading charity in UK for BP.
