Hi - I can honestly say this site is a godsend for sufferers and family trying to help sufferers. I have had panic attacks since I got married in 1982 and after 20 years with no panic - they are now back - kids have left home, family member fighting cancer, just moved house and been made redundant - I am positive and use this site when I want comfort,advice or just to try and help others myself. I dont know who you are trying to help but you can post any questions here and we will all be here for you.
