No particular symptom

Hi Everyone,

I know we all have days where we feel ill, but for the last couple of days or so I've been feeling unwell, but can't pinpoint any particular symptom if you know what I mean.

Normally I'm worrying about a headache, or chest pains,etc etc etc but this week I just kinda feel funny as if I don't know where I hurt or I don't know how I feel. Do any of you ever feel this way.

i feel like that today, i couldnt get out of bed this morning! my hubby says ive got the winter blues! x

Hiya,

Maybe you feel funny because your not worrying about a paticular symptom. Maybe the strange feeling is just anxiety at a calm not looking for anything for you to worry about, giving you some time off maybe !!

Just a positive way of looking at it i suppose.
