My name is Luke, I'm 15 and I'm from Beckenham
I first started getting the symptoms for panic attacks about a month ago (although it's felt like aaaaages!) and I'm still not quite sure what initially started it all. The things that I'm struggling most with are feeling down, constant random thoughts and this zoned out disconnected feeling. My friend showed me this site and it is like my saviour!
The people that run this site are the biggest legends in the world!
