constant worry

hi i havent been on for a while as ive been feeling ok
then this morning i had some pains in my chest when i breathed in
i paniced and got really worried
it only lasted a couple of minutes but still long enough to make me think it was my heart
so all day ive been really anx and in constant fear of more pains
ive had one ecg and the doc said my heart was fine
but is one ecg enough to show summat
cos when i read other posts most people have had more than 1
the more i think i have to stop the constant worrying the more i worry !!!
any advise guys

heya hun... try not to worry about the pains if they went away it will just be anxiety hun.. try not to think there gunna come back either becuase this will make it worse..you know the vicous circle of anxiety..hard to do i know hun but u will be fine xxxxxxxx
