chest pains???

i have just read on the symptoms bit about chest pains, shooting pains, tingling etc, and that this is mostly caused by our lovely friend anxiety!! my question is, i no it sounds silly, where abouts on the chest?? all over or just where your heart is?? could breasts feel the symptoms? thankyou xx

Hi Helen, I can't answer all your queries (with being a male & all that !), but speaking from experience, my chest pains tend to be on the left hand side but not isolated to one spot if you know what I mean. Of course, I think like most people here, that I'm having a heart attack or something, but as soon as I distract myself, it disappears as quickly as it appeared. The pains are not even consistent anymore and I try not to give them the attention my anxiety is seeking. Hope this helps !

hey thankyou for the reply, it does help me, my pains have subsided 2 now, just gotta wait for the next batch to arrive! it does help alot if u dont think about it though x
