Heya, Im Juliana, 28, from Scotland ... i was havin a look on ur website n ive found a few good tips so ive decided to register n share my anxiety experience with u guys. I suffer from anxiety n i take frequent panic attacks after being under a lot of pressure this year n still goin through a rough patch of my life. Shall have a look at the medication forums, ive been takin propranolol n been prescribed citalopram which i havent started takin n i dont think i really want to lol. See u around guys xx

Yeah I was prescribed Citalopram 20mg the other day but i'm also nervous about starting it. I've read you can get quite ill initially. AM also petrified of having to depend on meds, but herbal stuff just don't cut it! I need a good nights sleep! Welcome on board!

thanks a lot for ur lovely welcome replies :) N tootsie yeah i know how u feel, i dont really wanna touch that citalopram lol, but i take Propranolol for now, only when i need it, ie when i feel a panic attack ready to happen n it also helps me sleep, so maybe if u asked ur GP to prescribe u it n try it?
