weird tongue problem,please help!

sometimes when i drink alot too fast its like i pull muscles in my tongue. this of course leads to panic , and here we go again. anyone else?

I have had weird tongue symptoms too! At one point I thought I was going to swallow my tongue.. LOL It wont happen!

Dido here, I have actually been so sensitive to the tongue muscles
that I actually do pull them. I have felt like my tongue did roll back.
Weird feeling.

Yes, I can relate to that too, and it can last quite a while but goes.. Nothing to worry about no matter how uncomfortable it feels..
