hi everyone,
ive been advised today that vitamin e-400 is very good for settling the mind
my aunty swears by it and says she can tell when she has not taken it,ive been and bought some today so we will see!!
anyone have any experience of this vitamin?
ive also got evening primrose oil,starflower oil and vitamin b6:)
