from one pain to another

why is it that when you have one pain and then it goes away, another one starts somewhere else it just gets me down being in pain all the time

thats exactly how i feel, i have a pain, worry bout it, i go to docs, am reasurred, it goes away.....another pain comes etc etc, vicious circle, u aint alone xx

its just anxiety, for some reason we all need to find something wrong with us subcontiously to justify are anxiety to reassure ourselves we are not mad, but in the end we make ourselves worse. laugh at yourself we all do it trust me.
