i have noticed a lump about 2 inches long, half inch wide think its the sternum where the ribs join, any ideas, bit worried, when i lean back, it sticks out, please help,

Sounds like Tietze Syndrome which is perfectly harmless. Its inflammation at the junction of the ribs & cartilage. However if you are worried get it reviewed by your GP xxx

it could just b ur breastbone being abit boney and feeling that way,?is it in between ur chest.u see mine feels very hard and boney but its just my breastbone and i do have costochondritis see.which is inflammed cartilage see and its very painful,but if in doubt go and see ur gp . best wishes C.x
