having a really bad time today, hello?

Does anyone know if this awful choking feeling is related to anxiety/panic? l have had it all day then when i have a conversation with someone, it goes, then comes right flicking back again afterwards!
am really fed up.
been waiting for the doc to call all day as l want to adjust my thyroid meds as it could be to do with that, and what happens, he calls when i am at the shop, missed my chance!
So please if anyone out there can help?????

hi there sorry to hear you are having a bad day to be honest im not sure but why not ring the docs again and ask for emergancy appointment?

well the doc phoned back in the end, and told me to take 2 paracetamol!
