Dizziness, headache with nausea.

Hi everyone! I hope you're all ok this morning!:D
I'm worried about these symptoms that come all together very often, I mean I woke up an hour ago and I already felt all of them, am I not supposed to feel refreshed after sleeping? Well I don't, I feel really bad and my face looks horrible...:wacko: Good luck to my boyfriend!
Anyway, I would like to know if there is anyone else that feels the way I feel, because I'm really scared it could be a brain tumor... (I'm so negative!):weep:
The feeling is dizziness at first, heavy pressure on the head, blurred vision, nausea. Feeling like fainting.
I hate when this happened and the fact that all these symptoms come all together really almost destroy me...
Please friends, let me know if you experience the same thing.

Could be a virus, I've been ill since the weekend with nausea, weakness, bunged up - loads of various coloured snot and sinus headaches - so could well be a similar thing. Least I'm hoping its a virus and nothing something else as per usual

Although some of us have similar symptoms it isn't always anything other than a virus unlike yours though.
