Panicky at Christmas

Today I am going to visit relatives but I am also feeling VERY panicky about it...i'm terrified that I am going to ruin Christmas for my family and I don't want them to know that I get panic attacks - only my mum knows out of my whole family.

What advice can you give? I don't know what to do :weep:

I feel the same way- have to visit relatives tomorrow. Part of my worry is the 1 hour car journey to get there (dad's driving), the other worry is the big meal they always do that I won't be able to finish even half of. Ohh dear..

The car will be fine, they could pull over, stop it you feel bad.

The meal, well you eat as much as you can, no-one will mind!
