After about 3 years suffering from globus (Throat discomfort) I think I've finally managed to let it go over the last 4 months.
The only problem I have, is that it's been replaced by mental symptoms...
I go to sleep with a racing mind, almost hearing voices. I dream the most bizzare dreams and wake to a mind that dosen't feel like mine, with voices saying things that make no sense. These voices/thoughts go within a minute, but they leave me feeling very shaken...
Whenever I get anxious now I seem to get these disjointed racing thoughts and dp, even in the day... I'm so scared that I'm just about to start hearing voices, I'm terrified I'll end up talking to myself.
Will these symptoms go?
