a question for all you girls

just wondering if any of you get extra lightheaded or dizzy around that time of the month?

i do so i drink fizzy pop when i feel dizzy and that seems to help. my daughters terrible and actually faints at some point the week before she's only 12.

I usually feel really dizzy about a week or so before my period. The only thing that I've really found that helps is taking a short nap... but it def. sucks :(

i get this too.i also find that my anxiety can get pretty high around that time too.. xx

Hey thanks very much im glad u have the same as my period finally came after being late frm the anxiety and i have been very dizzy and haven been in a while see, esp after running around or getting anxouis its worse, thanks ladies loves u ,best wishes for 2009 C.xx
