Need affirmation - neck pain - worried

Hi guys,

I am really worried because I've been feeling this pain on the left side of my neck ....
I think I can die any minute.. and I am going to travel tomorrow... I have anxiety .... and panic attacks frequently..
Also.. I feel pain on the back of my neck.. maybe because I slept on the wrong position.. but I am powerless over the worry about something going wrong with me

I've had very strong pain for around a week a couple of times after I slept in the wrong position. The pain was so bad it was frightening, but I can assure you that this kind of pain is not serious.

Hi Danna,

I understand the power of your thoughts.. If you can divert your mind to something else, this may help. The more you focus on the symptom the worse it seems to be. This is a big problem for HA sufferers. Have you got any muscle rub or deep heat, that you can put on it
