Cant get enough air and chronic fatigue

Hello Everyone
Hope you had a good Christmas. Mine was lovely but I have been suffering lots of what I think is anxiety feelings. Shortness of breath(constantly yawning) chronic fatigue and ' cant be bothered'. I feel so guilty as I have a very good life and should be happy. Does anyone else feel like this ? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Dorothy, I have been the exact same and its definitely anxiety, I've been experiencing these things now off and on for a couple of years and just when I think I'm getting there it starts again, anyway just keep trying different things like exhaling for longer and getting as much information as you can. Guilt is one of the things that holds me back. Mines to do with self esteem though
