Help. Everywhere is unbearably itchy. My arms, my ears, my head, my legs - everywhere! It prickles and almost stings. I think I have a rash but it's nothing dramatic, just a few small spots. It's hardly noticeable. So apart from that I feel absolutely boiling. I don't think I've ever been this hot in my life but i'm too scared to take my temperature 'cos if it's higher than usual i'll worry more. not only that but i feel so so nauseous and for someone with emetophobia that isn't a good thing. I'm sweating and i'm scared. i think i have meningitis or something more serious. I don't get the itchiness, prickliness and stinging or the feverish feeling and sickness. I don't want to be sick. I feel generally ill as well. I can't cope with this. what coud it be help?
