Hey everybody.

I'm helen. I'm 26 years old and have 2 wonderfull children of 3 and 2 years old.
I live in the netherlands.

I have fear since I was a teenager, now may this year I had panick attacs and it got so bad that it was taking me over compleetly.

I took paroxetine but omg that did not go to well.
then I took citalopram wich I'm taking for over 4 months now, and it's going....."ok" .

I like to talk to people about some stuff and maybe I can help somebody here..
