just found a little raised pink spot/mole thing on my leg its very small but as soon as i touched it it started going more reddy pink!! i just know its cancer!! omg

If it is pink, then maybe it is a spot/zit. Or perhaps a blood blister? If you touch it then the capillaries around it are going to get redder.

Try not to play with it, you will make it sore. If you are worried get it checked with your doctor. I'm sure its fine, but I know how you are thinking xx

No it is not cancer it is probably just an ordinary spot. Forget about it.
