I'm in my early 40's and I've suffered from depression and anxiety for the last 20 years. I have changed all that I can, I have a lot of wonderful things in my life such as my wife and two year old son. I still get quite frequent and severe panic attacks - and I still feel like I lost a battle every time I have one.
Tried every trick in the book to get rid of the panic attacks... Diaries ( turns out they're pretty random!) Beta Blockers (they just make me drowsy all the time!) and more drugs than I care to list to name but a few...
One thing that does help generally is reading this forum, which I have done for quite some time. So I thought I'd post a few and cast my 2c's worth into the pool of knowledge and experience... Why not, it's something postive to do with insomnia !
