I am new as of the last like ten minutes, but I found this website while searching for a cure for my boyfriend's rapid heart beat....I was recently diagnosed with GAD and Panic Disorder, and I'm having trouble coping....The one thing that they say helps is getting sleep, and I can't sleep....I recently had a sleep study but haven't gotten the results yet, I'm just looking for support....
