Feeling Dizzy?

Do you ever get this? Its an old symptom I've not experienced for a while. I thought it would be a good idea to get out of the house today so went to the sales, as soon as I got out of the car I felt all dizzy, my legs felt like pure jelly and I felt totally fatigued, I'm back home now and its still here.

Yes, I'm having a week of some old symptoms returning. Of course, I am hoping to get through it (again).
Its dizziness and nausea mainly for me this week!
Keep smiling and don't let it overwhelm you, we know these physical symptoms will pass.
